Pankstr is operated by Praveena, an independent AI systems builder based in the UK. Contact: hello@pankstr.com

We collect data only when you actively provide it:

• AI Business Audit — your business description, role, team size, biggest challenge, and goal. Your email address if you choose to unlock the full report.
• Book a call — handled by Cal.com. We receive your name and email when you book. See Cal.com's privacy policy.
• AI panel (/meet) — your messages during the session. No account or email required. Sessions are not permanently stored.

• To generate your personalised AI audit report
• To send you the report and occasional relevant updates (only if you provided your email)
• To improve the audit tool based on anonymised usage patterns
• We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Audit responses and emails are stored in a private PostgreSQL database hosted on a Hetzner server in Germany (EU). Email addresses are also added to MailerLite, our email platform. See MailerLite's privacy policy.

We process your data under legitimate interest (providing the service you requested) and, for marketing emails, consent (you provided your email to unlock the report).

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from emails at any time (link in every email)
• Lodge a complaint with the ICO: ico.org.uk

Pankstr.com does not set any first-party cookies. The Cal.com booking widget may set cookies for its own functionality. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.

If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
